Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Baby Bee Boutique, every outfit is specially crafted and customized according to our customers' preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy.

Customized Orders

All products sold by Baby Bee Boutique are custom-made or tailored according to the specifications selected by the customer.

Because each item is created specifically for you:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect size selections made by the customer.

  • We do not accept exchanges on customized or personalized items once production has begun.

We encourage customers to carefully review sizing details, customization requests, and order information before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective due to a manufacturing issue

  • Different from the customization details submitted with your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A correction of the order

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the issue

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The item received is defective.

  • The item delivered does not match the approved customization details.

  • The order cannot be fulfilled due to an error on our part.

Refund requests that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not yet started.

Once customization, tailoring, embroidery, printing, or production work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Size Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

If assistance is required, please contact us before ordering. Baby Bee Boutique is not responsible for size-related issues when the item has been produced according to the measurements or size selected by the customer.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method used during checkout.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
